Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and expert knowledge of luxury products.
Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and product displays to reflect the brand’s prestige and appeal.
Analyze sales performance and market trends to implement strategies for business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
