- Perform on-site support services to users related hardware, such as laptops, PCs and monitors
- Help set up computers
- Provide technical assistance for relocating/establishing computer equipment
- Provide maintenance and support to ensure the working smoothly
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- F.6 or above with at least 1 years of working experience in IT support
- Or Higher Diploma or above in IT with no experience is welcome
- Knowledge in hardware and software set-up
- Self-motivated and capable of completing assignments
- Willing to work in different office
- Good communication skills
