- Strong insurance product knowledge with insurance advisory experience is preferable
- Close liaison with branches to prepare district insurance sales plans and sales activities
- Closely review high net worth clients' portfolios by providing appropriate insurance solutions to enhance clients' experience
- Implement professional and strategic planning to boost sales revenue in order to achieve insurance goals
- Be a positive team member of wealth management sales team and build effective working relationship with branches other teams
- Develop insurance sales capacity, sales coaching, training and sales advisory support
- Ensure self and team acivities are complying with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- University degree level or above in related subjects
- Qualifications in IIQE and insurance related license is required; CFA, CFP, FRM is preferable
- At least 5 years related banking or insurance related field experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Possess rich insurance selling experience and strong influencing skill
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Good in Mandarin
