- Take part in the project management and contractor management for Cloud Infrastructure Services
- Collaborate with other technical teams to support operation and assist in the capacity planning and expansion of Cloud Infrastructure Services
- Monitor and manage the contractor's deliverables including quality, punctuality, etc.
- Provide support in the day to day project administration and contract administration of Cloud Infrastructure Services
- Manage the hardware and software inventory of Cloud Infrastructure Services including but not limited to server hardware, system software, network and security sub-systems, etc.
- Prepare technical specification for equipment such as network and security device
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 4 years in IT industry
- Knowledge and experience in implementing cloud computing technologies including server virtualisation
- Knowledge and experience in supporting networking, operating system and security devices
- Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques
- Competent communication skills (both of verbal and writing) and interpersonal techniques
- Experience in contract administration
