In this role, you will assist the Manager / Senior Manager to identify valuable partners and grow retail banking business by coordinating channels and bank’s units, to formulate and launch effective marketing campaigns to deliver business targets.Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute effective business development strategies and marketing plans to achieve bank’s business objective
  • Assist to design, plan and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns for driving the acquisition and portfolio growth for YOU Banking segment and characters accounts
  • Assist to acquire new customers, grow CASA balance and enhance product cross-selling and transaction capabilities in order to maximize the profitability of the segment
  • Work closely with all internal departments to grain their support for smooth program launch and fulfilment
  • Assess and incorporate latest regulatory and compliance requirement in execution
  • Proactively analyze competitors’ business and marketing activities to understand market trend
  • Monitor campaign response and prepare the program result tracking
  • Budget and expenses management (including invoice settlement)
  • Assist to conduct regular sales performance review
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 4 years of experience in retail banking business, exposure to branch operation, segment management and transactions capabilities such as ATM and FPS is preferable
  • Knowledge in overall banking products, operation & process flow, marketing activities, segment management and management skill
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill, analytical and track record of effective marketing campaigns is an advantage
  • Good team player and detail oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
