This role works closely with a Senior Manager of Group Finance and is responsible for preparing regular financial analysis reports for the consolidation team and major shareholders, consolidating financial data at both project and group levels, and supporting compliance with financial reporting requirements for the listed group.Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Group Finance in financial reporting activities, with a focus on the Mainland property business.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyze financial results, including balance sheet, profit and loss, cashflow and disclosures, for statutory reporting of individual project companies.
  • Support the preparation of interim and annual financial reports, results announcements and other disclosures required by the HKEX.
  • Help implement and monitor compliance with group finance policies and standard operating procedures across project companies.
  • Collaborate with consolidation teams in Mainland China and Hong Kong, as well as regional finance teams, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Work closely with the Group Financial Planning and Analysis team on budgeting and forecasting exercises.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines;
  • Professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent) or currently pursuing one;
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in sizable or listed company; Big 4 experience is preferred;
  • Strong background in financial reporting and consolidation, with solid knowledge of accounting standards and Hong Kong Listing Rules; familiarity with Hong Kong and Mainland China tax regulations is a plus;
  • Experience in using Oracle EPM (including EPBCS and FCCS) or Oracle Smart View are preferred; strong Excel sills are essential;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and a drive for continuous improvement;
  • Flexible, detailed-oriented, able to work under pressure, a collaborative team player who is open to
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
