Customer Service Representative I - 6-month Contract

- Part of the Outbound team
- Outbound call to customer – for any MPF (pension scheme) issues such as customer’s check payment issues.
- Retrieve daily report that list any customer issue
- Follow-up call with customers
- Must have 1-2 years Customer service work experience from any industry - Open to fresh graduate(Degree / diploma holder.)
- People oriented with tactful customer service skills and good problem-solving abilities
- Strong PC skills in MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English , Chinese and Mandarin (spoken and written)

- Available for Hong Kong Citizen or Hong Kong Permanent Residents only
- IA license, MPF license, LOMA qualifications would be an advantage
