- Drive the cash optimization opportunity in the region that aligned with Group Treasury strategy
- Oversee the cash management, liquidity position, cashflow forecast, banking structure, bank regulatory alerts and fees monitoring for the region
- Lead or participate in Treasury-related and automation projects, such as cash pool implementation, cash flow forecasting solutions, bank rationalization, and Treasury Management System implementation
- Identify and lead initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of cash management practices in the region
- Develop the regional treasury operation guideline and enrich documentation
- Regional banker relationship management and service monitoring
- Review and approve payments in regional payment factory
- Provide technical guidance to markets on treasury activities
- Corporate card management in the region
- Define and implement the Retail and E-commerce customer payment strategy in the region that aligned with Group Treasury strategy
- Oversee the customer payment trend, adoption rate, payment fraud risk, new payment solutions, regulatory framework and backend operation efficiency for the region
- Analyze the payment and fraud risk KPIs. Provide business insights to enhance customer payment experience and business opportunities for the region
- Lead the Group CPS project implementation in the region. Identity and lead automation initiatives, such as dashboard reporting, boutique/e-com customer payment processing
- Regional governance on new customer payment services, such as payment service providers selection, payment solutions adoption, risk management tool implementation
- Manage the quarterly business review between Group, market Finance and Digital function
- Regional relationship management for global/regional payment services vendors
- Drive regular business review meeting to capture the latest market/product trend and service monitoring
- Lead and develop a high performing Regional Treasury team
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration and ongoing improvement
- You shall be a university degree holder, preferably in Finance and Accounting
- You shall acquire at least 15 years relevant work experience in the regional treasury field of retail MNC, focusing on Corporate Treasury and Customer Payment Services
- You are familiar with cash management processes, liquidity/cash pooling structures, cash forecast modelling, Treasury Management System, customer payment methods in retail/e-commerce industry (i.e credit card, e-wallet, BNPL), acquirer servicing and payment fraud in APAC markets
- You have excellent leadership skills to drive results. Well-organized with ability to multi-task, manage priorities and changing demands. A self-starter with vision and ability to influence others
- As you will work with different stakeholders, excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization
