- Work with customers to undertake projects preparation and planning
- Collect site progress information and site condition assessment
- Prepare monthly forecast of orders from customers
- Resolve delivery issues with customers and internal teams
- Assist in collecting market information from customers and competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
- Proactively liaise with customers to ensure the delivery service
- Involve in payment follow-up and resolve payment dispute with customers
- Enhance resources optimization and efficiency
- University graduate
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Experience in change management is definitely an asset
- Understanding of and experience in logistics operations and delivery scheduling preferred
- Self-initiative, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen, problem solving and good in communication and presentation skills
- Able to meet service targets and work under pressure independently
- Previous exposure to the customer service area and / or logistics operations is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua
