- Assist and support project department in all aspects of administration and coordination works e.g. quotation, inventory, daily/ monthly reports, progress reports, meeting minutes, notice;
- Record daily attendance of workers, data input, filing, clerical works etc.;
- Responsible for answering phone queries, handling complaints and deliver appropriate telephone manner and assistance;
- Prepare booth setting, interpretation/communicate and assist customers when necessary
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties e.g. head office, Clients, Consultant, Government departments;
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments;
- Work at site office and with necessary outdoor works
- HKCEE or HKDSE with minimum 2-3 years of working experience, working in contractor/ construction industry will be an advantage
- Holder of a valid safety card (green card)
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Responsible, self-motivated, self-discipline, independent and eager to learn
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC knowledge such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
