Registry - Senior Executive Officer

• liaise with Schools/Departments and external stakeholders for non-local student recruitment plans;
• organise and execute admission and promotion activities for prospective non-local students;
• strengthen communication with prospective non-local students via effective channels;
• collect and manage recruitment-related information and statistics and prepare reports and other publications;
• provide support to all related events and functions; and
• serve as secretary to committees and workgroups.

• possess a recognised bachelor’s degree;
• have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in non-local student recruitment and organising promotion events;
• be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• have good computer literacy, including knowledge of Chinese word processing;
• have effective administrative abilities and strong organizational skills;
• possess good marketing sense and familiar with various promotional strategies/platforms;
• have the ability to relate to a diverse community of users, stakeholders and service providers;
• be resourceful, outgoing, detail-oriented and a team player; and
• be willing to travel abroad.
