Responsibilities

Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of internal controls to ensure daily operations align with the Bank's policies and procedures.
Assist in conducting periodic risk assessments, control self-assessments (RCSA), and departmental health checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Promote a culture of risk awareness within the Digital team and support staff training on compliance-related topics.
Participate in regular compliance exercises, including RCSA, Internal Control Assessment (ICA), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Provide assistance during internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Contribute to the planning and execution of projects related to control and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics, or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Solid understanding of banking operations, internal control frameworks, and compliance standards.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
