Matilda International Hospital on the Peak of Hong Kong is looking for the following highly motivated and innovative staff to join our dynamic friendly team.Duties:

Handle day-to-day administration of different human resources services, e.g. ion-boarding / off-boarding logistics, staff benefits processing, P-files set-up & updates, regular reports, recruitment coordination, payroll calculations, records & filing, etc.
Ensure complete, up-to-day, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees
Support & participate in staff events / corporate projects / ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Form 5 or above
Proactive, attentive to details, high sense of integrity and with service-oriented attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
