- Key customers : investment banks, financial service providers, hotels, multinational companies, education institutes, government departments...etc
- We are looking for Technical & Operation Manager - with details as follows :
- Report to the Operation Director
- Lead Technical Team for projects in Hong Kong & Asia Pacific
- Manage technical operations for project design, integration, project installation and service of audiovisual systems in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region
- Lead Technical Team including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Field Service Engineers, Design Engineers...etc
- Manage engineering, CAD, programming, field engineering, installation and repair services, on‐going engineering project support, and project sign off
- Manage subcontractors' work in support of project installation
- Oversee & control the budget of Technical department
- Manage field testing of integrated systems and training client end users
- Tertiary education in Engineering / Technical / Audiovisual / Business / IT ....etc, or related
- Over 4-5 years management experience in audiovisual industry
- Solid experience in the technical aspect of audiovisual systems design and installation
- Proficient with AV, project management practices or other electro‐mechanical installation techniques
- Experience in European or US companies is a plus
- An advantage if possess InfoComm CTS General certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Project is highly prefer
- Excellent people management skill to lead a sizable team
- An advantage if possess financial background or exposure to manage the project budget
- Occasional trip to various job sites when required
- 5 days work
