- Oversee and manage all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, website optimization, and online advertising.
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, menus, signage, and promotional items.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for innovative marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage co-marketing opportunities and enhance brand exposure.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to F&B marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the F&B industry.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and website analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Speaks fluent Cantonese and English.
