Our esteemed financial services client is seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to join their team. they are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to oversee the audit functions, ensuring that both their technology and operational processes comply with regulatory standards and best practices in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating their IT systems, processes, and controls, as well as conducting audits relate to AI technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive IT audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, security measures, and compliance with regulations.
Review and evaluate IT infrastructure, applications, and operations to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
Perform audits focused on AI systems, including data usage, algorithm bias, and compliance with ethical standards.
Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
Monitor and follow up on the resolution of audit findings.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and regulatory changes affecting IT security and compliance, especially in AI.
Assist in the development and execution of the annual audit plan.
Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance and security best practices.
Host training sessions with colleagues from different regions to promote awareness of IT security policies, compliance measures, and AI auditing practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in IT auditing, information security, or related areas.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks
Familiarity with AI technologies and ethical considerations in AI deployment.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
