- Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with rotating shifts:
- Morning: 5 am - 3 pm ; Evening: 3 pm - 1 am
- Location: Hong Kong International Airport
- Language Requirements: Good command of English and Cantonese is required
- Stay knowledgeable about beverages, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and teas.
- Assist guests with orders and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver drinks and snacks to meet high standards.
- Fulfill bespoke drink requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Prior experience in catering, fine dining, hotels, VIP lounges, or airport roles is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese proficiency is required.
- Must demonstrate teamwork, a customer-first mindset, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
- Willing to work shifts and occasional overtime for flight delays.
- Candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered for senior or supervisory roles.
