Job Details:
  • Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with rotating shifts:
  • Morning: 5 am - 3 pm ; Evening: 3 pm - 1 am
  • Location: Hong Kong International Airport
  • Language Requirements: Good command of English and Cantonese is required
Responsibilities:For Bartender/Bar Supervisor:
  • Stay knowledgeable about beverages, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and teas.
  • Assist guests with orders and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver drinks and snacks to meet high standards.
  • Fulfill bespoke drink requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and manage stock levels efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • Prior experience in catering, fine dining, hotels, VIP lounges, or airport roles is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese proficiency is required.
  • Must demonstrate teamwork, a customer-first mindset, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work shifts and occasional overtime for flight delays.
  • Candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered for senior or supervisory roles.

工作內容:
  • 5天工作週 (星期一至星期日輪班)
  • 早班:上午5時至下午3時
  • 晚班:下午3時至凌晨1時
  • 工作地點: 香港國際機場
  • 良好的英語及廣東話溝通能力
工作職責:貴賓室調酒師/酒吧主管:
  • 了解並分享飲料知識(葡萄酒、烈酒、雞尾酒、茶等)
  • 協助顧客點餐並根據顧客需求作出推薦
  • 提供餐飲服務,於有需要時根據要求調製特飲
  • 了解顧客需求並提供優質餐飲服務
  • 維持貴賓室整潔和日常運作
入職要求:
  • 申請人必須年滿18歲。
  • 優先考慮具餐飲、高級餐廳、酒店、貴賓室、機場或相關職位經驗的候選人。
  • 必須具備流利的英語溝通能力。
  • 候選人應具備團隊合作精神、顧客導向、親切、樂於助人的性格及積極態度。
  • 需輪班工作,並且願意在航班延誤時超時工作。
  • 具備更多相關經驗的候選人可考慮晉升至主管或高級職位。
