Responsibilities:Update and maintain document control procedure and processes including but not limited to document numbering, filing, storage, retrieval and archiving.Coordinate, collect and organize the necessary drawings, records and documents from the project team.Keep the confidentiality and security of all documents and information.Ensure all documents are completed, standardized and in compliance with ordinance.Provide secretariat and personal assistant support to Director and team members. Meeting and travel arrangement, distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.Assist in project management and coordination duties.
