- Manage the finance team, and maximize team's efficiency on their day-to-day operation
- Act as the business partner and proactively work closely with varies stakeholders including department heads
- Responsible for daily accounting and financial analysis reporting, streamline and implement financial and accounting controls
- Prepare annual budget and forecast
- Perform strategic finance and business planning for the organization
- Perform other ad-hoc project assignments
- Bachelor in Finance / Accounting
- All rounded finance background with Big4 auditing experience
- 15-20 years of experience, in which 8 years of solid managerial experience
- knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP, Oracle, etc.
