  • Assist in the implementation of fund-raising programmes/events and network building initiatives;
  • Manage fundraising events from planning to execution, including campaign launches, drafting of appeals, speeches, press releases, social media content/posts, features, correspondences and liaison with internal and external stakeholders, etc;
  • Produce high quality promotional and publicity materials, both print and digital, from content development to production;
  • Input donor database information;
  • Perform post-events follow up tasks;
  • Liaise with donors and corporations to explore sponsorship opportunities;
  • Prepare fundraising proposals and communication materials;
  • Explore regular donation channels to help provide stable income for the Kuk’s charitable services or maintain and monitor various donation channels regularly;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor; and
  • Manage fundraising events within deadlines and critical dates (for Senior Executive)
Requirements:
  • A recognized degree in Marketing / Communications or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience for Executive position, preferably in fund-raising, marketing communications, or event management. Candidates with 5 years’ relevant experience will be considered as the Senior Executive position.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Mature, meticulous and an efficient, motivated self-starter;
  • Good multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines;
  • Willingness to work evenings on weekdays and occasionally on weekends; and
  • Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
