- Act as 1-1.5 line of defense to advise business on compliance and control matters
- Conduct AML compliance, transaction monitoring and business review to ensure compliant internal / external standard and requirements
- Review the gap analysis of new / change of regulations
- Identify possible compliance / operational risks, provide recommendations to mitigate relevant risks and coordinate business contingency plan
- Prepare management reports
- Coordinate onsite / offsite examinations
- Review operational risk incidents / customer complaints and monitor the implementation status of the action plans
- Conduct compliance training to internal staff
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
工作要求
- Degree holder with 1-2 years of compliance experience, exposure in Commercial / Corporate Banking is a MSUT
- Sounds knowledge of relevant compliance rules, including regulatory requirements issued by the HKMA
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Responsible, proactive with attention to details
- Conversant in MS Office Applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
