Reporting to both the Legal Director and the Contract Manager, this role will support the contract team in the preparation, drafting, and review of commercial contracts and other legal documents. Additionally, this role will support compliance matters, focusing on researching regulations and maintaining internal regulatory compliance policies.As the ideal candidate, you will have solid experience in working with internal clients to review contracts and legal documents, as well as regulatory compliance.Job DescriptionPreparing, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts and other legal documents, including license agreements, marketing agreements, artist and influencer agreements, service agreements with third-party vendors, and confidentiality agreements.Working with internal clients on contracts and legal documents reviewProvide translation on contracts/agreements where necessaryAssist in developing and implementing internal regulatory compliance policiesAssist in developing and maintaining a regulatory library, including research, and keep up-to-date on the regulatory development in the areas mentioned above and other areas as necessary (such as employment law)Other duties as may be assigned from time to timeRequirement5+ years of experience in handling contract review and regulatory compliance concerning data privacy, consumer protection, marketing, and advertising in an in-house environmentBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Legal Studies - Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in other disciplines with solid experience in contracting review and drafting will also be consideredWell-organized, analytical-minded, and detail-orientedComfortable working independently with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize taskStrong legal research, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional & Simplified ChineseImmediate availability is preferred
