- Perform and execute the daily activities in relation to new agent appointment, contract signing, regulatory Annual Return, agency records maintenance, agency office arrangements, agency benefits enrollment and claims, promotion and demotion cases, contract maintenance programs, agent termination, orphan management and policy movement
- Handle day-to-day enquiries from and provide solutions to both internal and external clients
- Prepare routine reports and contribute to agency system enhancement to perform User Acceptance Test
- Diploma holder 1 year working experience, relevant experience in insurance industry is preferable
- Good understanding on financial service operations, preferable in Life Insurance
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good commend in both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficiency in Microsoft Office
