Project Co-ordinator II(s) (carrying the job title of ‘Communication Officer’)The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of CUHK is a leading school of public health in the Asia-Pacific region, committed to excellence in education and research in public health and family medicine that impacts the society and the profession, with an extensive international partner network. Further information about the School is available at .The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) implementing communications and marketing initiatives for brand promotion of the School; (b) co-ordinating and providing logistical support for various internal and external events, such as seminars, workshops, ceremonies, guest visits, conferences and other promotional activities; (c) composing a range of creative marketing materials, both printed and digital, including visuals, leaflets, brochures, newsletters, blog articles, social media content, etc.; (d) monitoring daily media coverage; (e) handling enquiries through regular checking of the School’s general email account; (f) supporting the organisation of alumni events; (g) assisting with the regular updates of the School’s website and social media platforms; and (h) performing other tasks as assigned. Working beyond normal office hours will be required.Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines; (ii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience in international marketing, digital marketing, public relations, customer service, relationship management, or related areas; (iii) good technical skills in MS Office, and graphics design and video editing software; (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (v) an innovative mindset, with good communication and analytical skills, and attentiveness to details; (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and integrity; and (vii) the ability to work independently with initiative and also as a team member.
