a. Assume responsibility for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of corporate offices and legal entities in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Australia. This includes handling government filings and registrations.
b. Manage company secretary tasks, such as establishing and closing Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), facilitating changes in shareholders or directors, obtaining certificates of incumbency, reviewing invoices, and drafting company resolutions. Collaborate with company directors to ensure timely approval and execution.
c. Monitor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy, prompt payment, and maintaining a comprehensive payment log.
d. Supervise staff reimbursements, company credit cards, and expense classification.
e. Maintain effective communication and oversight of service providers.
f. Mitigate operational risks by implementing proactive measures.
g. Assist with CRS/FATCA reporting.
h. Provide supervision to the operations team, reviewing their work and providing guidance.Finance
a. Review monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for Private Equity (PE) funds.
b. Monitor company accounts and tax matters.
c. Support the utilization of accounting systemsInvestor Relations
a. Prepare routine investor NAV reports on a monthly basis.
b. Assist the head of the Investor Relations team with various investor requests.The Successful ApplicantQualifications:
- Must possess experience in PE fund accounting within a PE fund or a PE fund administrator. Experience as both a "maker" and a "reviewer" is a valuable asset. "Hedge fund" accounting experience will NOT be considered.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience.
- Must demonstrate responsibility, self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
