Analyst Programmer (FMS/ Workflow/ CRM/ ERP, 40-55K)

Support Oracle Financials, eProcurement, ePayment integrations, Workflow applications, MS Dynamics CRM, and other ERP systems.
Contribute to the Workflow System Revamp, emphasizing mobility with K2 Five, SPA development using OAuth 2.0, and REST API integration.
Collaborate with users to analyze requirements, identify issues, determine data availability, reporting needs, and system design considerations.
Support system design, development, setup, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
Explore and implement new technologies to create innovative solutions for various challenges.
Address user inquiries locally and globally, delivering ad hoc reports and technical assistance as required.
Monitor system performance and health, performing tuning to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure proper system maintenance and support.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in system support or application development.
Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Financials or other ERP systems.
Proficiency in application development using Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, .NET, JavaScript (Angular / React SPA), K2 Five workflow, GitLab CI, RESTful APIs, DevOps practices, and Linux are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
