- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive database encompassing event marketing materials, press releases, reports, and survey results.
- Offer production, logistics, and operational solutions to address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with sponsors and oversee all aspects of event logistics to ensure flawless execution
- Identify and engage with service providers, entertainers, and performers, demonstrating adept negotiation skills to procure necessary services
- Collaborate on event operation planning and provide on-site assistance as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communication / Event Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with a specialization in contractor and agency management for large-scale event production
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing compelling marketing content for event promotions
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional work during evenings and weekends as required for the successful execution of events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with Mandarin proficiency being a plus
