- Conduct thorough due diligence and legal research.
- Support the corporate team on various commercial and corporate matters.
- Help verify corporate and legal documents, and assist in preparing verification notes and prospectuses.
- Draft general correspondence and other legal documents.
- Handle various ad-hoc assignments as needed.
- Bachelor of Law or equivalent with good academic results
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Corporate/ IPO
- Strong understanding of governing rules and regulations in US and China legal systems
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (read and write)
