Key responsibilities:Maintain, develop, and further grow existing portfolioIdentify and maximize upsell/cross-sell opportunities where applicablePrepare proposals, business presentation, detail service plans and reports for prospective and existing clientsProvide advice on KYC related matters and ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding supportWork closely with the delivery teams to ensure high quality of services for our clientsFurther expand business network and enhance awareness in the marketPerform any ad-hoc duties/projects as assignedKey requirements:Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years of relevant key account management or client facing experience gained from professional services industryKnowledge in corporate services is an advantageSelf-motivated and ability to think outside the box to solve client’s issuesAbility to identify client needs and market trendStrong communication skillsStrong presentation with excellent planning & organizational skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office especially in PowerPointSystematic use of commercial reporting and CRM/Salesforce is highly preferredProficient in written and oral English, Putonghua and CantoneseAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
