- Manufacturing facilities : Shenzhen and Indonesia
- Key customers : global fast food chains, major retailers, and international toy brands
- Independently manage assigned plastic toy projects
- Coordinate with customers and Shenzhen factory throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead one of the Project Teams based in the Shenzhen office
- Ensure timely delivery and quality standards for each project
- Tertiary education in Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, or related disciplines
- Solid experience in toy project management or engineering
- Experience working with global fast food chains, major US retailers, or international toy brands is an advantage
- Strong background in plastic toy development
- Proven ability to work independently on assigned projects
- Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Willing to travel frequently to Shenzhen
- 5-day work week
