We are committed to excellence in every aspect of our business and are looking for a dynamic individual to help drive our retail strategy and people development.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Operational Partnership:Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, conversion, average transaction value, and footfall, to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Partner with Store Managers to develop and execute action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational goals.Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, visual merchandising, and inventory management.Support the rollout of new initiatives, products, and marketing campaigns at the store level.People & Culture:Partner with Store Management and HR on all people-related matters, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Identify training and development needs for retail teams and coordinate with L&D to deliver effective solutions.Foster a high-performance culture by coaching Store Managers on leadership, team motivation, and effective communication.Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and create a positive, productive store environment.Strategy & Reporting:Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on retail performance and market trends.Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a multi-site retail role, such as Area Manager, Retail Business Partner, or a senior HR Business Partner role with a strong retail focus.Proven experience working within the luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, or fast-paced retail industry.Strong understanding of retail math and ability to interpret financial and sales data.Exceptional ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
