Deliver orientation training for new joiners
Identify training needs, formulate strategies and implement learning and development programmes to meet with business needs
Work closely with Retail Operations and HR Team to identify training needs, design and deliver effective training programs for both retail and office staff to meet corporate goals
Need to embrace the Group's vision, mission and values into a clear learning and development agenda by conveying it through development programs, staff communication events and staff relations projects
Deliver train-the-trainer programs for enforcement of the training
Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring retail staff product knowledge through frequent shop visit & conduct field coaching in stores

Requirement,

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
At least 4 years of hands-on experiences in training, learning and development, preferably from fashion retail industry
Proactive, people-oriented with strong presentation and influencing skills
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Good command in both speaking and writing in English and Chinese
Proficient with computer skills and MS Office
