Role RequirementsCore Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience:
  • Specialist: 1-3 yrs B2B tech sales (SaaS/IT services)
  • Manager: Up to 7 yrs B2B tech sales + team leadership
  • Native Cantonese + business-fluent English/Mandarin (Critical for cross-border collaboration)
  • Must have client-facing tech sales experience
Preferred Strengths
  • Industry exposure: Finance IT, Industrial IoT, Healthcare/Biotech, Auto-Telecom
  • Experience with international B2B SaaS products
  • Fast-learning agility to master complex tech solutions
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify cross-industry opportunities in HK/GBA with team-supported acquisition strategies
  • Lead full sales cycles (needs analysis → negotiation) + collaborate with technical teams on solution design
  • Nurture SI/ISV partnerships to amplify client engagement
  • Conduct ROI analysis using standardized tools + deliver strategic account reviews
  • Support market entry into Taiwan/Japan/Korea through customer visit planning
