We receive lump sum grants from the Social Welfare Department and funds from other government departments, private donors and other sources. Our annual expenditure is about HK$217 million.We invite people with the heart and passion to serve for the benefit of children and youth to join us in the capacity ofAssistant Accounting Officer (HO/AAO/2025051)The successful candidate will report to Head of Corporate Services and be responsible for the following areas:Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing vouchers of month ended closing and preparation of monthly accounts.
Prepare and issue the receipts of donation and other related receipts.
Assist to prepare the documents of regular internal financial audit of the Society.
Assist Supervisor in the preparation of Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliations, Monthly Schedule and Analysis Reports.
Assist to follow up Accounts Receivables invoices & settlement of Account Payables invoices.
Handle bank payment and receipt including cheque issuance, pocket money and petty cash.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
Perform assigned ad-hoc duties and supporting tasks.
To assist preparation of payroll and input of HR software Flex system.
Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline.
5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in PC operation, including Chinese input, Word and Excel.
Self-motivated, mature, able to work under pressure, persistent, good supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
