Director Relationship Management Corporate Banking

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers to promote products and services to local corporate clients
• Perform portfolio client management, assessing and mitigating credit and industry risks with appropriate structure and strategy to achieve client goals
• Work alongside the Department Head to set objectives to pursue long-term strategic goals
• Keep up with Head Office/regional topics, and share strategy, policies, and decisions with team members
• Products include transaction banking, MUS, O&D, FX, derivatives, structured trade, structured asset finance, project financing, etc., to provide expertise and value to clients
• Monitor performance credit status of clients

• Experience in local Corporate Banking Business
• Experienced in team lead role
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration ability
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
