Responsibilities:Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the company’s goals and risk appetite.Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities across various sectors.Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments and recommend optimization strategies.Identify and assess mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic opportunities.Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and industry partners.Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.Provide regular market insights and investment trends to support business decisions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s/CFA preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with solid understanding of valuation methods.Proven track record in deal sourcing, structuring, and portfolio management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
