- At least 15 years+ application development experience with at least 5 years managerial experience in managing development team
- At least 10 years+ manufacturing industries experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in building Data Middle Platform (DMP)
- Hands-on experience on building API for data exchange between system and integration
- Proficiency in Power BI, Python, big data analytic tools, data mining & data cleansing for big data analytics
- Proficiency in Low Code Development Platform (LCDP) development and system integration across cloud & on-premises platform
- ERP implementation/upgrade experience is preferred. With SAP implementation experience a surplus
- With hands-on/past working experience in C#, VB programming has an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with different level of users
- Strong ownership and commitment mentality
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as "IT Application Development Manager"
- Monitor the daily operations of the IT Team and lead a small team in HK and China
- Oversee overall group application development and IT system integration projects
- Responsible to lead and manage developers to follow structural software development life cycle SDLC methodology in building applications
- Responsible for building strong development team to sustain business daily operation & long run business expansion needs
