If you’re ambitious with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, exciting environment then that’ll help too!Aim of RoleResponsible for creative media, graphic design and event production, from ideation to project management and execution.Support the Lush brand strategy in the Greater China market, with a focus on Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China.Working in partnership with cross-functional teams to develop impactful artworks and assets collaboratively to achieve the company's objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Media (30%)Lead the monthly retail shop window projects, creating impactful artwork that can drive footfall into our stores and help develop a meaningful customer journey inside the store.Collaborate with brand and marketing teams, retail and digital teams to craft creative ideas and engaging multimedia assets for retail stores, websites, social media, and related platforms in the Greater China region.Develop filming plans, written outlines and clear scripts for video-shooting projects.Lead multimedia projects and engage in the entire filming process throughout all phases, from pre-production planning, preparations, shooting and post-production editing.Perform outdoor/indoor videography and photography, including but not limited to product shooting, lifestyle shooting, in-store photo-shooting, event filming and photo-shooting and brand interviews.Responsible for video asset management, ensuring all the assets and project files are appropriately uploaded, organised and archived.Graphic Design (30%)Responsible for product label localisation and adaptation for different markets in the Greater China region, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.Basic understanding of Lush Visual Merchandising Guidelines and the ability to contribute to shop and pop-up displays. Supporting in-store signage, POSM and other retail marketing designs.Spearhead and manage creative strategy for all design projects with the rest of the team members, projects including PR asset creation, digital and social content development, ethical campaigns, printing or publication projects and other marketing activities.Responsible for Lush Times, Lush Insider, leaflets/brochures, and any branded publication projects.Event Support and Production (20%)Contribute creative ideas for all brand marketing events, pop-ups and activations, and review the impact of these design works.Responsible for event space planning and basic environmental design; provide creative solutions for backdrops, display banners, LED/TV screens and other needed assets.Handle vendor and material sourcing, ensure materials involved are following the brand guidelines and requirements.Support on-site event set-up, vendor communication, installation and dismantle procedures.Creative Project Management (20%)Provide creative solutions for each project, take on feedback to refine the project scope, and contribute to the corresponding review and evaluation.Work seamlessly with team members, ensure that collaborative work is demonstrated and smooth communication is established within and across regions.Keep an eye on the latest global and regional creative assets, establish and maintain regular sharing and reporting via proper channels.Support the company throughout all design procedures, including quotation, negotiation with vendors, time and budget management, logistics, production for internal and external company events, activities and projects.To work on any ad-hoc projects required by the senior management.To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following attributesRequirementDegree/Higher Diploma holder in Multimedia Design or related discipline.Familiar with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other creative tools.Skilled and experienced in video editing and photography, with capabilities in motion graphics.A creative mind with the ability to reflect on projects from both a practical and financial viewpoint.Well organised, mature, highly responsible and independent.Strong team collaboration and communication.Great writing skills in both English & Chinese.Minimum 3 years of design work experience preferred.A portfolio link should be provided in the resume.SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBeing resilient at workSolutions-focused mindsetBeing responsible and detail-mindedEffective time managementQuick to adapt to new situations and directionsExcellent feedback skills, able to take on and use developmental feedbackExcellent self-disciplineTreat all colleagues as equals and value all opinionsProfessional performance managementWhat we offer5-day per weekFlexiable working hourA fun and dynamic place to workOpportunities to developComprehensive trainingCompetitive salaryMedical insurance coverageDoes this sound like you?
