- Responsible for maintaining all account files, including updating of company and contact information
- Qulify general inquiries, respond personally, and direct to appropriate sales person
- Prepares and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Provides secretarial duties and ad hoc duties as required
- Builds and maintains strong relationship with the establiched clientele and constantly explore into new business opportunities
- Diploma or above
- Great communication skills in written and spoken English
- Well-organized, self-motivated, good inter-personal and communication skills
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
- More experience will be considered as Sales Administrator
- 5-day work week, daily 8.5 working hours plus meal break
