Project Executive(1Year Contract)

• To collaborate comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets with internal team, stakeholders and external partners
• To manage all logistical elements of the project, including vendor coordination, primary point of contact, registration etc.
• To monitor and report the project progress to management, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues and participate in the continuous improvement
• To maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any other related disciplines;
• With 2-3 years’ working experience;
• Experience of merchandise production, events & campaigns and operations is a plus;
• Ability to identify and respond to industry trends and changes, and to take action accordingly;
• With business acumen, agile and strike for success;
• Outgoing, responsive, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Possess a creative mindset, actively contributing ideas and planning
