A typical day in this role:

Develop strategies to sustain business growth and explore niche market, and unlock new business opportunities for website and APP of online recruitment platform
Formulate comprehensive marketing plans in establishing brand position, building awareness and optimize conversion funnel
Organize and manage marketing events and promotions through social media, SEM and other channels, aiming to acquire new subscribers and enhance user experience
Analyze business data and derive insights for the growth of digital business, including user acquisition, customer engagement and retention

About you:

Degree holder in Business, e-commerce, communication, or other related disciplines
5 years solid experience or above in digital marketing, with background in brand and event management will be a plus
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven and strategic mindset
Excellent organization skills with high attention to details and ability to multi-task
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Self motivated, energetic, passionate, and result-oriented
Immediate available is highly preferred
