My client is a market leading FMCG company. Looking to enhance their procurement function, they are now in search of an Assistant Procurement Manager.Reporting to the Procurement Director, your responsibilities will include:

Manage indirect procurement activities for Hong Kong including but not limited to marketing, IT technology and corporate services
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives with sourcing strategies
Take ownership in procurement budget and cost efficiency while fulfilling stakeholders' needs
Ensure purchasing and procurement compliances through collaboration with internal audit and maintaining an updated system
Lead different process improvement project that tackles cost, sustainability, data transparency etc

To qualify, one must possess

Degree holder with at least 5 years of procurement experience
Experience with indirect procurement covering functions such as marketing or IT or corporate services
Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills
Proactive, problem solver and good business sense
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
