- Provide customer service for MPF Clients
- Handle customer's enquiries via emails / phones / digital channels
- Deliver consistent quality services and provides after-sales support
- Achieve the service standard and objectives set by the Management
工作要求
- Secondary education or above
- 2 years' customer service experience in MPF Customer Service with Banks OR Financial Institutions
- Passes in the MPF Examination a plus
- Customer-oriented with good communications skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
