- Maximize revenues through servicing and developing new and existing accounts.
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the MICE segment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the MICE sector.
- Degree or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience gained in hotel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, aggressive, independent and customer-oriented.
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
