- Handle order processing (receiving and issuing orders)
- Coordinate delivery schedules and lead times
- Arrange logistics for import and export shipments
- Prepare and submit customs declarations
- Prepare and maintain related documentation and reports
- 3 years relevant experience in the electronic components industry is an advantage
- Experience with import/export logistics and order management
- Experience in using Trade Link system
- Native Cantonese and proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Double pay
