Responsibilities:Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis, for all production sitesImplement cost accounting processes for the new production sitesDevelop detailed financial plans and cost forecasts to support strategic decision-makingConduct on-site reviews with production facilities to analyze manufacturing costs and align with operational workflowsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiencyPrepare and present comprehensive cost reports and financial insights to senior managementEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirementsWork closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure cost management strategies align with business objectivesSupport inventory valuation and control processes to ensure accurate financial reportingLead and manage the cost accounting team to ensure efficient execution of all cost-related activitiesTrain team members to enhance their professional skills and performanceJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with CIMA finalist or equivalentMinimum of 8-10 years' experience in cost accounting or FP&A, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industryMatured, well organized, initiative and able to work independently and under pressureStrong analytical skills and sound business knowledgeA good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Office software and ERP system, QAD is preferableGood command of written and spoken Chinese, English and MandarinImmediate available is preferred*Feel free to send your resume to WhatsApp Raymond for further action.*
