- Spot and seize emerging business opportunities, proactively engaging new clients to expand market reach and increase sales volume.
- Oversee and optimise client records, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and tracking progress toward revenue objectives.
- Stay ahead of market dynamics by conducting thorough research into industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor movements.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop customised proposals, deliver engaging presentations, and coordinate client site visits with professionalism and efficiency.
- Act as a brand ambassador at trade fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings to elevate brand visibility and attract new business.
- Ensure top-tier client experience, providing hands-on support throughout the planning and execution phases of events to guarantee satisfaction.
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline, with a strong academic grounding in commercial principles.
- At least 5+ years experience in business development, corporate sales.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, and event sales is preferred
- Demonstrates excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in deal-making, public speaking, and managing contractual agreements.
