- In this highly visible position, you will be reporting to the Group COO and managing a large team of finance & accounting processionals across multiple markets, both operations and manufacturing facilities
- Oversee & strengthen financial reporting (including SSC), FP&A, and internal control functions
- Lead the financial strategy and drive continuous improvement across mainly the finance function but also other operations
- In addition to day-to-day financial operations management, preparation of timely & accurate monthly management accounts for the Group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements; you will also take a lead in various projects, such as:
- Being the champion for automation and process improvement to drive efficiency, and other processes and systems across the various procurement processes including purchase-to-pay, order-to receipt, plant-to-inventory …etc.
- Implementation of ERP systems across all entities
- Conduct feasibility and financial models to support strategic business planning & decision making
- Lead and develop a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels
- Minimum 12 years' finance leadership experience in the Consumer Goods/ Manufacturing/ FMCG sector, in a regional/ global setting
- Proven track record in driving and implementing continuous improvement projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth and agile environment, and can be hands-on when necessary
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate & effective solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to deliver clear & concise documentation
- A degree and a Qualified Accounting (CA, CPA, ACCA) qualification with up-to-date knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) ideal
- Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
