- Create a documents database for Hong Kong office in order to comply overseas Head-quarter requirements and guidelines
- Analyze, process, prepare of electronic materials on review platform
- Act as an expert in eDiscovery representative in Hong Kong
- Coordinate with service vendors on digital forensics
- Catalog and organize legal records for the firm
- Analyze the firm’s information needs and create an information plan to meet the needs in creating databases for the retrieval and control of information
- Ensure all record keeping adheres to client guidelines and relevant legislation
- Conduct hyperlink in different bundles and court documents
- Maintain know-how database, create index and precedent forms in an electronic setting
- Bachelor Degree holder with at least 3 year experience in data management in compliance/ forensic/ legal firms
- Strong IT project management skills
- With forensic technology in litigation support is a plus
