  • Provide client liaison and technical support regarding the implementation of electronic forms, facilitating contractors and in-house teams to setup e-Forms and perform user acceptance tests.
  • Provide after normal office hour support for special and urgent tasks.
Job Requirement
  • Higher Diploma or above in IT
  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT application development and client service
  • Possess solid and intensive web/IT application development skills including JavaScript and Python
  • Possess working experience in user and contractor liaison and coordination
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of e-Form development is preferred but not mandatory
